Our return policy in brief

You have 14 days to return an order after you receive it.

If you change your mind, or if the product you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us before returning the product.
If nothing else has been agreed with us, you are responsible for the return cost.
Please note that exceptions may apply to custom-made items, such as made-to-measure fabrics, cuffs, etc.

Instructions for returning goods

If you want to return an item, email us within 14 days of receiving the items, with your name, address, email address, order number and which items the return applies to.
Send the goods to be returned after receiving a response from us.
You are responsible for any damage caused to the goods during shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send the products well packed, in good condition and in their original packaging.
Please send us a tracking number for the return if you can.
If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark the package with "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges on the shipment.
If nothing else has been agreed, the refund will be made through the same payment method with which you first made the purchase.
If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the reduction in value from the amount to be refunded.

Thank you for showing your interest in our products! Below you will find the conditions that apply to your purchase, they explain what rights you have. If you have any questions, just contact us, and we will be more than happy to explain how everything works. What is explained here is who you buy from, how to place an order, prices, shipping and delivery, right of withdrawal and guarantees.

These general conditions apply when you, the "Customer", place an order from A.C.E. Design Sweden, organization number SE7607030280.
By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have your guardian's permission and that you comply with the General Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you have read the information on handling personal data and cookies and approve the use of such data.
We respect applicable laws and nothing in these General Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting your statutory rights, if such laws give you greater rights than those set forth herein.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you understand and accept that orders, purchases and transactions are made between A.C.E. and the Customer.

Orders, etc.

When you receive an order confirmation via e-mail from us, it means that your order has been accepted and processed and that you are entering into a purchase agreement with A.C.E. Note! The confirmation does not come from A.C.E. but from Quickbutik.se,
We recommend that you save the order confirmation for any future contact with us. An order may be changed in some cases if an item e.g. is finished. The order confirmation is therefore no guarantee that these goods are available. You will be informed via e-mail if an item is missing from your order.

You can cancel your order until we have confirmed that it has been sent. We will then refund any expenses incurred by you for the order.

We may cancel all or part of an order if the products ordered are out of stock, and refund any expenses for the products that are out of stock.
We may also notify you if equivalent products are available before cancellation of the order takes place. 

All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment for them.

Customer information, etc.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide to us is correct and complete. If you wish us to delete the data we have about you, with certain restrictions, such as the Accounting Act,  email a request to "be forgotten" to [email protected]

Prices, fees, etc.

The prices listed in the store apply to the order placed in the store. All prices are in the currency listed on the website and include VAT. If nothing else is stated in the store, payment or shipping costs are not included and these are reported separately and paid for by the Customer. 

Other costs that may be added, e.g. customs, postal charges, etc. (these are added if you live outside Sweden) you as a customer are responsible for.

Payment must be made before any items are shipped. If you want to pay after you have received your order, I recommend that you pay via Payson or with a credit card.

If you choose the payment option "Invoice", I will send you an invoice with 10-day payment terms, when the money has reached me, I will send your order. The invoice is paid via bank giro or to A.C.E. Design Swish.  If you forget to pay your invoice within the 10 days, I will send you a reminder incl. reminder fee of SEK 60 excluding VAT.  I will only send a reminder, after which your order will be cancelled. If your order applies to fabrics that I bring home especially for you, alternatively in the case of pre-bookings, I will forward the invoice to debt collection and possibly costs for this will be charged to you.
If this happens more than 3 times from you as a customer, we have the right to deny you further purchases from us.

Special offers

On certain occasions, for certain products, we can offer better terms than those stated in the General Terms and Conditions, for example in terms of extended right of withdrawal or free returns. Such better terms apply for a limited time only, until the specific products are sold out, and may be canceled by us at any time, in which case these General Terms and Conditions apply without modification.

Shipping and Delivery

Products that are in stock are usually delivered within the number of working days shown in the Store. 

In the event of delays, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. You can cancel the order if the delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay has not occurred due to you or circumstances beyond our control so-called. Force majeure. Please note that orders with pre-ordered products are only delivered when all products have arrived in stock, for these products kter does not apply to the possibility to cancel the order after 30 days as pre-ordered products usually have a delivery time of 8-10 weeks. 

Depending on the shipping method, you may need to collect the order from a specific delivery location. You must do so within the time specified on the avin. If you do not collect the package on time, you may be charged a late fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We can also cancel the order if you don't pick it up on time.

If this happens more than 3 times from you as a customer, we have the right to deny you further purchases from us.

Once we have handed over your order to the company that handles the postal deliveries for us, we are no longer responsible for the package/order.

If you want to be able to see where your package is, we recommend you to request trackable shipping, the difference between our standard shipping and the trackable shipping that you want is your responsibility, as well as if there are any other additional costs for us in order to deliver the package to that forwarder.

If a package cannot be delivered to you, and is returned to us, you will not get anything back for your order.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your products. In the message to us, you must state your name, your address and email address, your order number and a list of the products covered. 

You must then immediately and within 14 days of sending the notice return the products to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the condition of the products during delivery back to us, therefore we recommend that you send them well packaged and in good condition. 

When you cancel an order, we will refund the price you paid for the products you are returning, excluding shipping costs for delivery. However, from the amount that is refunded, we can deduct money for the product's depreciation if this has occurred due to your handling being too tiring in relation to what is required to determine the product's function or characteristic features. We will issue the refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the returned products. The refund will be paid using the same payment method you used to pay for the returned products unless otherwise agreed.

Your right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts such as:

  • applies to a service that has been fully performed, if when you placed your order you approved the performance of the service and stipulated that you would have no right of withdrawal after the performance of the service

  • applies to goods or a service whose price depends on fluctuations in the market that we cannot control and which may occur during the period between the time you received the product whose purchase you want to cancel and the time when we are notified that you want to cancel the purchase

  • applies to goods that have been manufactured according to your instructions or that are otherwise tailored or adapted to you

  • applies to goods that quickly fall in value or have an expiry date

  • applies to goods with broken packaging that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and the packaging has been broken by you

  • applies to goods which, after delivery, are of such a nature that they cannot be separated from other articles with which they have been mixed

  • applies to sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software and the seal has been broken by you

  • applies to individual copies of a newspaper or magazine

  • applies to digital content that is delivered in a way other than physical media, if you have approved delivery in such a way and determined that you waive your right of withdrawal

  • applies to cultural events, sporting events or similar activities, food service, catering or similar service, accommodation, transport of goods or rental of means of transport, where we provide the service on a specific day or during a specific period.

Warranty and complaints

Some of our products may be covered by guarantees. Information about such guarantees is provided in the Store or in these General Terms and Conditions. The order confirmation is a guarantee certificate. Our guarantees only cover manufacturing defects and thus no defects arising in connection with individual changes to the function or appearance of the products due to r rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration.

You can, within 2 years (or other statutory longer period) after you have received the products, submit complaints about products that are defective under current consumer protection legislation. You must then send us a complaint with your name, address and email address, your order number and a list of the products that the complaint covers. You must submit your complaint as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered. All complaints submitted within two months from the discovery of the defect are considered submitted in good time.

We will reimburse you for the defective products in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and are responsible for costs incurred in connection with sending the products back to us. It is our aim to issue such payments within 30 days of receiving the complaint and determining that a refund is due, but this may take longer depending on the nature of the product. It is also our endeavor to follow the guidelines for defective products established by the relevant national consumer protection authorities. The refund will be paid using the same payment method you used to pay for the defective products unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Unless local law states otherwise, our liability is limited to direct damages and under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income or the like.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Store and all its content are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from us.


We reserve the right for errors in images and typography on the Website, such as errors in product descriptions, technical specifications, incorrect prices or incorrect information regarding a product's stock status. We have the right to correct obvious errors and can change or update information in the Store at any time.

Images in the Store are illustrative only and are not a guaranteed representation of the exact number of products you will receive if you order, nor that the appearance, color, function or origin of the product is correct.


Our environment is important to us and we therefore do what we can to reduce our negative impact on the environment.
Among other things, all plastic packaging in which we send our goods will be replaced with cartons. As far as possible, the boxes we buy will also be made from recycled corrugated cardboard. We would like to see you also do what you can for the environment and hand in the carton you receive your goods in to the packaging recycling alt. another way if your municipality offers one.

We also reuse the packaging we receive goods delivered to us, so don't be surprised if your package comes from Clas Ohlsson, Panduro Hobby etc.

Use of cookies

A cookie is a text file that is stored on your computer. Cookies are normally used to improve the website for the user, for example to be able to adapt a website to the visitor's wishes and choices.

A cookie is used to check that you are logged in, if you add an item to the shopping cart or when you use product filters

If you cannot add products to the shopping cart, it may be because you do not allow cookies.

Furthermore, cookies are used to, with the help of Google Analytics, Facebook and other tools, measure the number of visitors to our website and produce statistics and analyzes of how the site is used, as well as direct marketing about our work to you.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We may change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. We then apply the changed General Terms and Conditions in the Store and they come into effect when you accept them (in connection with placing a new order in the Store or when you visit the Store).

Choice of law and dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, we strive to follow decisions from relevant national consumer protection authorities.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the country from which we conduct our business, and shall be adjudicated exclusively by the courts in which we have our seat, f.n. Uppsala county, Enköping municipality.
